GPU fan power headers

As i was browsing my local Craigslist I came across a guy selling an EVGA 1080/1070 Hybrid cooler.  I am thinking about picking it up and trying to mod it to fit on my RX 480 nitro (Ive been thinking about water cooling it since it runs super hot in my Evolv Shift build).  Im wondering if the fan headers on my RX 480 will work with the cooler's fan connectors (even if some modding is required).
