Best Cheap GPU

My friend wants me to build a cheap PC. I haven't been paying attention to the gpu market much. The pc I put together on newegg had a 1050ti in it. I'm hoping to get one on sale for black friday.
Is there any AMD GPUs in the same price range that would be better?

You can try to get an rx 570, anything lower-end than that is not a good deal from AMD.

Rx 570-580 is the sweet spot.

This isn't an AMD card but what about a used GTX 970, they're on eBay for super low prices these days.

Well seeing as the RX580 was 300 even with BF(black friday) deals. And now its 200 bucks with normal deals now before BF I'd say get a 580 8gb. 

 

They will likely drop to 180 maybe lower since the 590 is out and the possibility of Rebates dropping it further. Ohh and a 580 is a big jump form a 1050ti so the tiny price bump will be worth it in the long run. Be quick and vicious in your shopping for a 580 on BF they will be gone quick.
