Upgrading GPU

So I've been using an 650 ti BOOST OC since I can remember but it has been falling short for some titles, so I've been thinking in upgrading it. Any recomendations? 

 

I was thinking an RX 590 or 580.

What resolution are you currently playing at/wanting to play at?

 

Do you have a monitor with FreeSync, GSync, or neither?

 

Are you going to be playing the newest, most demanding games, or not?

 

What budget are you working with?

Specially PSU. 

 

Think rx 580 is the go to, but it depends on the budget

I have 2 basic asus 1080p monitors from 2014 (No FreeSync/GSync)

 

I only felt the need to change my GPU now since I decied to play some PUBG and The Witcher 3, besides that, casual CSGO and one triple A game.

 

My specs are:

 

i5 6500

620W PSU

 

Budget: 300$ max
