cpu pc issues CPU Issues

Hello I was wondering if anyone was having the same problems or if someone knows what is happening to my pc. 

PC Specs 

I7 4790K, Cooler H100I GTX 

Gigabyte Z87M-D3H

16GB DDR3 2400mhz Avexir

EVGA GTX 970 OC

Crucial 525GB SSD 

 

When I sart a game for the first time my CPU Jumps to 100% and task manager said that it isnt responding then it goes back to normal. I am also finding the same problems when using a programs for the first time it does the same. 

Now when I start a game it goes to about 70% and stops responding for a bit then starts.

 

Can anyone help with this.

Probably a o/s problem, is it a fresh install o/s and what o/s?

Do you got all the latest and greatest and newest drivers?

If so, maybe dial back a version and see what happens.

Yeah tried doing that but doesnt seem to work.

it mainly happens when luching games for the first time but with Dark Sould 3 it goes white sreen and stops responding with high cpu usage around 70%-100% then the game start.

trided to reinstall, but while doing so my pc completely locked up. I wa watching a video on youtube and both my screens froze but I could still move my mouse but all other functions stop had to press the reset switch.

Pc just stop working. Continues failed windows boot, then it blue screen checking then restarts the blue screen.

Going to haft to reinstall windows again.
