Office 2013 activation

Microsoft Office 2013 (Home and Business Retail) requires a LIVE account to activate. I assigned installation of Office 20013 to MS Live account by mistake, and now I would like to assign it to another (proper) Live account. Is there such a possibility?

If you go into any Office app, e.g. Word, click on File -> Office Account. Then click "Change Product Key" on the right hand side, then "Sign in with an active account instead".

I don't have that option ("Change Product Key") in my Office 2013. Will it allow to reassigned Office?

Try going into the same place (File -> Office Account), then it should give you your current profile details under User Information. Try clicking "Sign out", that might then let you change the account.

It won't reassigned the installation. I can't completly log out - I'm connected to the Echange Server.

Then the best way would be for you to uninstall Office, then go into your 'real' account and download it from the Office website. This should definitely assign it correctly.

What if you go into Programs and Features, find the Office installation then instead of clicking on Uninstall, click Change. What options does it give you?

When I click "Change" I get two options - fix installation offline or online. Nothing more.

I'm completely out of ideas but I had a look online and apparently Microsoft has stuffed up real badly. There doesn't seem to be a direct way of fixing this.
