Hey guys. I was overclocking and I set CPU Voltage too low. Then I turned on the pc and it shut down during boot. After that I waited for a while and tried to boot again to get to BIOS to change the voltage higher. It shut down again and after that I only get "no signal" to monitor and pc keeps running but nothing happens. All the fans are running, GPU running etc. I have overclocked succesfully in the past and I've never had an issue like this.

I get 07 debug error LED code on the motherboard. Manual says that the code means: "Power on CPU Initialization" but I don't really know what that means. There's also D7 error code in the manual but I don't  know if it would show as d7 in the error led screen or not. Looking at the manual D7 means: "Console output/input devices/Console initialization and Load Options ROM (VGA, RAID, parallel ports, serial ports...)

What I have done after that:

1: I Cleared CMOS, shorting JBAT1 and pressing the CLEAR CMOS button on the back of the case. I have also removed the CMOS battery for a whole night. Didn't work.

2: I have tried both my RAM sticks individually in every slot. Didn't work.

3: I have tried booting with nothing in except the essential parts. (CPU, CPU cooler, 1 stick of RAM, PSU) Didn't work.

4: Tried booting using motherboard HDMI connection to monitor, didn't work, no signal.

5: Tried both BIOSes, switched BIOS switch from A to B. Didn't work.

Now I'm out of ideas and don't know what to do. Can I flash BIOS even though I can't get my pc to post? What do you suggest that I should do? Sorry for spelling errors/bad English. I appreciate every bit of help and tips I can get. Thanks in advance.

Something broke or burned how high did you try to oc at what voltage? Test your psu to make sure it's working if not we can suspect the mobo is dead and if that's not it then the cpu itself.

I had my CPU OC'ed 4.5GHz for a long time at 1.28V. Now I was trying to lower the temps and test lower voltage or lower clock speeds. Temps were around 75 degrees celsius, one core was in some games 80 degrees. So I started lowering the voltage and eventually set it too low. Can mobo or cpu die if I set the voltage too low? Do you have any tips for what I should try next?

I've tried to boot with only the essential parts on, without monitor, keyboard etc. I only get the 07 error code and no signal to monitor. I don't know what to do, is there anything to be done?

Gosh it really sounds like some hardware is broke, I would reset cmos again and check back in a few hours

Yeah, I'm getting hopeless with this system. I've reset the BIOS like 10 times by now and once left the CMOS battery out for the whole night and it didn't work. I don't know if I should just start looking for new parts or could this build still be saved somehow.
