Blue Screen 'Memory Management' Help!

I just got a blue screen for Memory Management and It seems fitting because I've been having trouble setting up my RAM in the Bios and had weird freezes earlier with the RAM thought it might be fixed but obviously not. Playing games it froze and I had to manually shut off PC then just blue screened.

 

What should I do to narrow down the issue?

 

MOBO: MSI tomahawk B350

CPU: Ryzen 1700x W RGB wraith spire cooler

RAM: Corsair Vengence PRO RGB 8GB x 2 3000MHZ
