Help please!

I have recently bought an r9 nano with a psu but heres the problem.

Whenever i click on the power button with my new r9 nano my pc just acts like it doesnt work at all, when i remove the r9 nano from the pc and unplug and plug the cables back in turn it on and off it just starts up, how is this happening?

Is this psu related or just the r9 nano, or even bios or motherboard.

 

R5 1600

(Rx 560) now R9 nano

8gb ram 1200mhz

Seasonic focus plus gold 550watt

 

Please help me ;(

Do you know the R9 Nano works? (like have you tried it in another system?)
