Hi i would like to know if it is possible to make an Android smartphone that has the specs of a 2017 - 2018 smartphone using a raspberry pi.

I don’t know anything about rasberry pi devices. If there is a possibility to do that please link me what I need to build it.

it's possible to make a raspberry pi smartphone, but the processor used in the 3b isn't as strong as most smartphones these days. most use a octa core, the pi a quad core. and good luck finding a place to hide the pi itself, and especially the battery

You could connect a small touchscreen and battery to it and then install Android on it. Though I'm not sure if there is any way to make phone calls on it.

Of course it would be a lot worse than a normal Android smartphone. It would be really thick etc.

Do not even bother.

Just buy a used phone that is cheap.

The learning curve ratio is too high, add in the programming angle to the jangle and that learning curve ratio just became a cliff.
