Help! Booting issue

IRADrftr

So i just gotten my ryzen build finished and been using it for a while , everyhing is fine , just one problem. So everytime i press the power button for my pc , everything turns on and it goes well but there is no signal. After 3 seconds and turns off and on again , and boots to windows. I dont know whats going on and i havent overclocked the cpu , while the gpu is factory overclocked. Also , there was one time when my pc didnt give any signal mid game and all the fans went to max rpm and the water pump of my system going full power and the power button not turning the pc off so i had to turn off the power supply and turn it on again to make it work. Does anyone have any explainations?

do you have the ram in the correct dim per your users manually?

is the xmp profile set (or amd's equal)?

Do you have the same probably with the gpu unplugged from prower?
