Two problems with android tv

Hello. About a month ago i boughy a philips 49PUS8303/12 (https://www.philips.co.uk/c-p/49PUS8303_12/8300-series-ultra-slim-4k-uhd-led-android-tv-with-ambilight-3-sided) Ptoblem is,when i press home button,nothing happens. I tried the trick with phone camera and infrared light, remote is working fine,but  the home screen won't open. Also i have a problem with google play store,when i launch it with my phones Philiphs tv remote app, when i try download an app it say's downloading pending .. I tried to clear the cache for Google app store, sign in with another profile and tried to connect with wifi, but without success.
