What's your budget?  Almost all SFF PC's from Dell and HP can take a half height video card.

My budget is about 500-650$, and it would be very nice if it is brand new.

This is probably the best bang for the buck you'll find for SFF in your price range.

The hard part is finding a single slot low profile 1050.  There are several out there, but they're pretty pricey.

 

 

SFF is a wide range, what are your size constraints?  There might be some mITX machines out there that fit the bill, with much more internal space for GPUs
