Extension Cable Needed

Hello im using turtle beach 50x on my desktop computer i already have the mic and audio cable splitter what im looking for is a cable extension that will carry the mic and audio the cable i have now only carries the audio and not the mic. Please leave links to the website that has the cable are please explain in detail what extension cable is needed thanks ahead of time.

What you need is a "3.5mm 4 pole extension"  -  3 Pole is the "standard" which only does left/right audio.  4 pole adds microphone or control lines.

As you can see in this picture, you can tell the difference by how many rings there are.  Each metal area is separated by a ring, and has a different purpose.
