Does anybody know why me mum's pc wont boot?

My mum's computer wouldn't boot today and i need to know why. I can't tell if the mobo is fried, the crucial 240 gb ssd is dead, or if it's the am4 quad core cpu that's dead. I've tried booting the pc with other hard drives, I've tried booting with the ssd in other pc's but none recognize it (i dont know if this has something to do with the fact that all the other pc's we own our dell and this one is some weird lenovo and somehow the mobo matters or it's somehow a different os problem even tho they are all win 10), I've tried booting it with different ram, I've tried without an ssd to see if i could get into the bios but i cant even get into the bios. Is there anything else i can try or does someone know if its one of the previously mentioned things that are dead. I forgot to mention the power button still functions and that there is still power going to the power/disk usage led's, the disk drive and storage device, and the fan.

I certainly don't see an AM4 socket in there.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

i think it's a mobile processor, if you didn't notice there is no power supply because everything is powered through the motherboard from a powerebrick. the kind for powering laptops.

If it's mobile it's definitely not AM4. What are the symptoms of the startup issues?

Do you have any spade ram to test with?

Try swapping ram slots or even if your monitor is the problem by testing it on your other pc.

its a bottom-of-the-barrel OEM system, they run off of 19 volt plug packs, like laptops.

with that said.. i wouldnt even want to start troubleshooting one of those. try it it boots from windows 10 install media or something similar.

and just for informational purposes, in case anyone wonders why the case is so exceptionally oversized:

they're a model of cases also used for more high end systems, these things get so little R&D budget that all they do is literally just pull a batch of cases off the production line before stuff like the power supply opening is punched out, bolt in a cheap board and whatever storage solution, image windows 10 on it with some "sponsored content" and toss it on the shelves of worst-buy for a tenner.
