Picking the right GPU

which GPU should i get through your experienced. since im from singapore im looking at this few 1070 ti. im not going to get any 1080 or 2070 as its really expensive.

Zotac GTX1070Ti Amp! Edition 8Gb Twin Fan  - $595

i would get the Gigabyte GTX1070Ti Gaming

or even look used, you can find great deals on used gpu's :D
