The H500 can hold a 280mm rad in the front, so the ryuo 240 with it's 240mm rad should fit without a problem. The case is pretty long with a gpu clearance of 381mm so it should not interfere with any gpu like it sometimes does in the meshify c. They also state that you got 60mm rad clearance, probably because nzxt cases have that cable management bar, but that's still plenty for a slim rad with fans. I believe you can also put the fans behind the front panel giving you even more space (they probably added that for push/pull which was not possible in a stock s340).
