SLI Bridge not Recognized

Hello,

 

I'm trying to SLI my two GTX 970 cards but the bridge is not recognized. 

 

Specs: 

Motherboard: ASUS Prime X470

CPU: Ryzen 2700x

GPU: 2x EVGA Nvidia GTX970 4MB

Zotac SLI bridge ZT-SLI0B-10L

 

The cards are both recognized in the device manager but the SLI bridge is not recognized in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated and pictures are attached.

try reseating the sli bridge it might also be a faulty sli bridge

I have tried 2 different bridges, this Zotac one and the one that came with the ASUS motherboard. Both are having the same issue, so I don't believe it's the bridge
