Phanteks PH-TC14PE

Go to solution Solved by Jumper118,

makes no difference using it that way, still runs at 1200rpm. it would be better to leave the splitter out since it'd just be extra cables in my case to hide.. Looking like the PWM adapter isn't going to do me any good, doesn't make sense to have 1 fan able to adjust rpm's and not the other

ull just have to run one in the middle pwm or two with one at full speed for now.

Ok, So now I'm utterly confused... in the manual it says to use the included adapters to allow the fans to adjust speed settings from 700-1200RPM... however there is no way for me to configure these connectors in fashion that it describes and illustrates... here is the manual... http://phanteks.com/assets/manuals/PH-TC14PE-manual-English.pdf

the adapters that I got in the box are 1 female 4 pin to 3 pin PWM adapter and 1 female 4 pin to 2 male 4 pin connectors... illustration shows to plug both fans into the splitter then the PWN adapter into the other end of the spliter.. I'm lost and not sure what to do lol... any help would be awesome (currently just have the 3 pin fans plugged into the CPU fan slots 1 and 2.. but they just run at 1200RPM continuously)
