plex managed users not seeing content

Is anyone else having the issue of managed users not seeing any media on the server? The admin user can see all the media just not anyone else. I have users set to see all. I could just have a setting wrong but it was working fine a month ago. 
If you have an idea of how I can fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
