COOLING: corsair h100 liquid cooler

FANS: cooler master green led 120mm sickle flow

Why do you want two GTS 250s? You can't power them anyway. I would get a 660ti for the money that you would buy the 250s for.

just drop the 2 GTS250 those are old and slow cards. get a newer and better single card from AMD that fits your budget specially HD7770 and even the new 7790 looks like a good value. and from all the testings done it looks like AMD cards are kicking GTX butt.

how is it that you are running 12GB ram? is it a triple channel memory for older LGA1366? if so just change it a dual channel kit so you can avoid miss matched RAM not letting the PC boot or RAM not running at the max possible settings.
