Need new PC for grandma. Max budget for it is around 600 euros but I think that is a bit over the top for a PC thats gona be used for watchign YouTube vids and just doing some regular stuff on the internet. No GPU needed obviously. Would like it to be a ATX mid tower case or a M ATX case. Some clean looking case nothing "gamerish". Would be nice if it would be quiet(but dont put R4 because my dad says he doesnt want it to be as big as a R4). I know I said the max budget is around 600 euros but if you can try to keep it lower as I think 600 is excessive for such a PC.

Pls make 2 options. One with the ATX case and one with the M ATX case.

Thanks

EDIT: forgot ot mention. monitor is needed too. not too big not too small. more than 17" less than 23"

Specs of my PC:

If you want small, you could just grab an Intel NUC and throw in some ram + ssd.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
