Ive tried remix os found not flashable's for tf700t...

It runs on ARM With a dock. 

It dosnt have a bios like x64 it uses recovery... and fastboot.

You might be able to run Windows on it too, but the app support would be garbage because it's ARM.  Linux would be your best bet.  Judging from my experience with Raspberry Pi, the basics are all there

I'm not sure about the exact procedure but I recently watched a video where they successfully got Windows running on a Raspberry Pi - not the IoT version, the full normal desktop - so I assume it can be done.  As for ubuntu, I'm not familiar with what architectures are supported but if there's an ARM version I don't see why not.
