How do I fix error "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"?

I recently built my computer and about every 30 or so minutes after I start it up the computer either freezes or gives me an error that says "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOIT". I've Googled how to fix it and none of the options are working. All my drivers are up to date and everything like that. I've also did a fresh install of Windows but the problem is still happening. Is there a way to fix it?

CPU: Instability with frequency or voltage or both. Reduce frequency and/or increase voltage.

 

Also possibly related to RAM

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Do you have any components to try swapping in? Anything, be it a GPU, motherboard, CPU or even power supply? Also, re-seat everything.

RAM - 16GB DDR4 3000mhz Team T-Force Delta RGB

MOTHERBOARD - MSI B350 Tomahawk

PSU - EVGA 450BT

CASE - PHANTEKS  P350X

CPU is on default settings and I have nothing to swap out.

Try clearing CMOS.

then try drop the memory frequency as low as possible

Yep -- clearing the Cmos is a good idea. Look in owner manual on how to do it.
