Cinebench Help

So i have a problem with cinebench where it comes up with the error message that says " Ineternal Error: String Resource Not Found! The Resouce Directory Seems To Be Cut Or Missing"  

But i have used it before so i thought i should re-install it and unzip it again but it still wont work

help plz?

Can you ckeck windows error logs?
