RAM Upgrade issue.

Hii Guys.
My Laptop config is:
i7 5500U - 8GB DDR3L SODIMM Ram. Its Dell Inspiron 15 3543. It has only one RAM Slot. i found Single 16gb DDr3L SODIMM ram on ebay. Did any one tried upgrading this config to 16gb Ram in a Single slot and also let me know is there a chance to upgrade to 16gb Ram in my laptop.
