hey,

I'm a highschooler that likes there cool tech but I'm also a runner. My  current running headphones are a piece of old shit they are mostly broken and its basically time for a new one! I need your help finding a new pair of headphones/ear buds that are meant for working out. I'd like them to be Bluetooth because i hate that feel of the cored running down your skin to your phone. I've heard that the jaybird x is a good pair of ear buds but i wanted to ask all of you to get your thoughts on the situation. What do u got out there?

My advice, try to run without earbuds, I do cross country and am about to start track, I find that when you dont have headphones you can concentrate on your breathing, and take in the surroundings. It takes some getting to used to, but you will love running so much more without earbuds or headphones.

I have been running track for a while and i know that running with it isn't the best but it helps me push myself that much farther and lets me zone out and train harder than i could if i wasn't listening to music

I have these and they are amazing. Even MKBHD uses them. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AIRUOI8/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1389083862&sr=8-1%CF'> also come in white.

EDIT didn't see you mentioned them in the op but I still love them.

I too bought the ones MKBHD recommended but I was disappointed, whilst the sound quality, build and comfort were decent for the price there was a major drawback for ME. I want to stress how this may only be a defect out of my own copy of blue birds but I've been having problems with the connection between the ear phones and my phone as there has been stuttering through out the songs. This is also not a rare occurrence but a persistent one as it can happen up to multiple times per song. Again i will remind you that this may be due to a faulty copy of mine which is unfortunate and may have no implications on the rest of jaybirds products but I couldn't deal with it so I've decided to get a refund.
