Weird popup

So I got up the other day got this popup on windows 7 http://prntscr.com/lcgckc What should i do? i checked my temps http://prntscr.com/lcgd7m seems normal.

computer may have detected an rpm irregularity , or accidently mistook an rpm irregularity

no its kinda hard to get at....

Do you have the AMD Overdrive software installed?

 

If so check in there for a "broken fan warning" or something similar and disable it. That's definitely not a Windows pop-up.

It's been a while since I used it honestly  Most likely under fan control.

Well I'm 99% sure that's whats causing the pop-up.

Do you actually use Overdrive to OC or anything like that? If so you won't really need it installed so can always just uninstall to get rid of the pop up.

I'd do a reboot just to check and also put into sleep and wake back up, that should be enough to trigger the warning(if it's still going to appear)
