What is wrong with that build? The only thing worth upgrading is to a larger ssd unless you already have a 256GB and above. If you wanted to throw more money at your system go to a Intel lga 2011 cpu or custom liquid cooling but probably not worth it. I guess I would suggest taht you go to 1440p gaming and get a new 27" pls 2560x1440p monitor.

Spoiler

Corsair 400C- Intel i7 6700- Gigabyte Gaming 6- GTX 1080 Founders Ed. - Intel 530 120GB + 2xWD 1TB + Adata 610 256GB- 16GB 2400MHz G.Skill- Evga G2 650 PSU- Corsair H110- ASUS PB278Q- Dell u2412m- Logitech G710+ - Logitech g700 - Sennheiser PC350 SE/598se

Is it just me or is Grammar slowly becoming extinct on LTT?

no because there is something missing i went to my friend's house and i played like 30 mins bf4 and it was much smoother than mine + i got fps spike or drops for no reason  so goin to 1440P is a bit of useless i could upgrade in like a half a year to 4 k

You fps drops with your system @1440p or 1080, doesn't matter. I'd say wait for G-sync 1440p but thats pointless with your AMD cards. If I was you I'd just wait until the next replacement for am3+ comes out.

The stuttering could be caused by the crossfire gpus. I would just keep your rig the same at the end of the day.

yea i srtill wait availability on shops here

Then you should get a new board designed for 4-way Xfire like the 990fxA-UD7, and I don't whether a cpu upgrade would be needed or not I don't much knowledge regarding 4-way xfire.

Just reading your specs suggests that you should be having a very good gaming experience. If your friend's system offered a better experience in BF4, then perhaps examining the differences between the two systems will help.

What gpu was in the friend's system? SLI/CF?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
