As said, Kaby Lake in 2018 is a bad idea as its old and expensive for what you get. It really makes no sense to go with that...

The system from @Jurrunio is quite good. The Only thing I'd do is get an 8GiB RX570 or 580 but that's rather expensive (+40 Canadian things or more).
