So I got this half a year ago
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BKVWWXB/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So far I put a micro SD card inside of it, and recently slapped 8GB of RAM into it. With that, I wanted to know if I could do some sort of external graphics card setup with it. Might not be a good idea, but an idea none the less.

If you are going to do an external setup then you would probably be better off just building a small budget PC instead. Cost you a little more, but you would get far better results.

I know I could build a better PC and all, my main computer is waaay better than this laptop. I got kicked out for a bit is all so I could only grab my laptop and some random computer odd and ends. Again, I know its a bad idea, but an idea none the less. I was wondering if there was some sort of USB to PCIEx16 connector or something, seen acouple on newegg but I dont know if they'd actually work.

CPU looks like a BIG red flag for bottleneck. Save your cash and start to piece together a system or a more powerful laptop depending on your portability needs.
