ram R.A.M problem Help

I have a problem recently I start the PC but it didn't boot, then i restart it and it worked but now in win. i only have 8 gb out of 16 and it says that 8gb are "Hardware reserverd" and i don't know why. Help pls

Do you have a CPU with an iGPU? Some set asside RAM for it.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x

GPU: GTX 1060 6gb

Try to switch the sticks in the sockets. But since this CPU has no iGPU it can't allocate that much ram.

Do you have some shitz like RAMdisk or this risen cache thing enabled?
