Led function on keyboard

So i am new to mechanical keyboards and this is my first keyboard. there is a function to turn off all the lights on this but when i do there are some lights like this dimly lit. is this a common thing in these type of keyboards?

btw this is a coolermaster masterkeys pro L ..

the brown keys are amazing and when fully lit the white light is super cool!

Nah that is not very normal. Maybe this is a function in wich you can select wich keys to illuminate? My Corsair has such a option.

this keyboard has a option to turn off all lights if needed. when i do it there are still lights lit and not off.. is this common? 

 

thanks! have been using membrane keyboard since i was a kid. its really cool!

Got that keyboard replaced by amazon sine the Y Led stopped working... But still the new keyboard also has the same issue where still some lights are dimly lit when all the others are off..

Then I suggest sending it back and getting an other model

sorry for the late reply. got the keyboard replaced from amazon. the new is good. thanks for the replies all.
