RAM not being dettected

went starting my PC during the BIOS check i get a problem that it tells me that non populus memory is detected in DIMM1???
before this i was cleaning my PC and clearly DID NOT touch the RAMs like at all
now my screen keeps on freezing at random like im running a windows 10 on just 4 gigs of ram while i have 8 
i have 4 sticks of 2GB RAM 
PLZ HELP!!!!!!!

8GB RAM

500 GB Hard Drive

Nvidia Geforce GTX 750(Over Clocked)

Are all of your RAM sticks exactly the same? And how much RAM does Windows actually say you have installed? "Freezing at random like I'm running Windows 10 on 4GB" isn't too insightful if I'm honest.
