Monitor no signal(while in bios)

So i just upgraded my ram 3200mhz gskill/motherboard x470 gaming 7 wifi and ryzen 2700x. Everything were working fine i first installed the ram sticks to 1-2 slots. And since the ram was running single channel i check the manual and so i switched it to slots 2/4. It booted up then i went to bios and after a good 5-10mins the monitor went no signal. I was just checking stuffs on bios didnt actually change any. And now i tried reswitching rams playing with the slots/clearing cmos. Monitor still has no signal. But my pc's leds are all on even the mouse and keyboard just the monitor w/ no signal.

Its a msi rx480. I also tried re inserting the display port still no luck.

Try it in a diffrent pcie slot

Still no signal. Heres what the board looks like. And theres a light behind the gpu aswell
