How to get Outlook?

My mother has been whining for a while about me not installing outlook on her brand new computer that I built for her

 

Thing is that I don't know where to find it... She had Outlook 2006 on her old HP computer. She needs it because she has very important e-mails on her old hard drive supposedly and I don't know what to do.

 

Can anybody please link me where to download it or do you have to pay for this program

You don't need to really use the program use outlook through the browser its hotmail.com now just go to mail but if she really needs the program purchasing Microsoft Office is needed as its included

I got my mother Mozilla Earlybird and she's not complaining too much. Tell her it's Outlook.
