Haedset problem help plzzZ!

Hey Guys!

 

So I just bought a new headset by Solic model SLR-818M.V for around 6-7 USD. Now I am trying to use it with my Optiplex 780 - Core 2 DUO PC. When I plaug it in to Line in and out in the back of the PC,the audio output is fine, but the mic is not working. Now when I use the jacks in the front of the PC  (Headphone and Microphone), the Mic sounds robotic and a lot of noise like radio, and the audio output is through one driver of the headset - on the right side. 

 

 

HELP PLZ, I am a budget gamer and play fortnite, didn't have money to buy a gaming headset, plz help!!!!
