That's better than many people, stop complaining.

Monitor CPU/GPU usages when playing and report back.

30% CPU and GPU?

What games are you playing?

What fps? Does changing the settings affect the fps?

yes it is bottlenecking. your gpu is bottle necking your cpu but the term bottle necking is stupid and pointless for gaming / computers at least the way most people use it since whatever you machine there will always be a bottleneck. thats the idea of upgrading when your able if you want higher fps you can upgrade but if your over 60 fps theres not much point ive been on the same cpu for about 7 years now and the only thing ive upgraded is the gpu over time. the question shouldn't be am i bottlenecking because the answer is yes its bottle necked you should be asking yourself are games running in a manner you like

This whole bottle necking crap and has been blown WAY out of proportion, hell even some thousand posters here make a big deal out of it.

First of all there will always be a bottle neck, so your priority should be on your fps and not on trying to lessen the bottleneck ratio.

If you can reach an average 60 fps in a setting that you're comfortable with then it doesn't matter if you have a bottle neck, big or small.
