Right now I have an old Microsoft wireless mouse. I would like to get a decent mouse without paying over $20 USD. Also, I would like to have it to have weights and if posible be wired and blue.

weighted mice are pricey new.  Probably go used.  the only good weighted ones i know of are logitech.  G502s maybe?

Edit - or the G500s

Edit 2 - I had the g500s and the older G5s for ages, they are tanks.  my g500s is still going strong 7 years after i bought it.

Apparently it's decent but doesn't last long before starting to show it's wear.

For mouse recommendations look at the reply I left in your post hopefully it helps

Ps. Spend more on your mouse for now. A comfortable mouse is way more important for gaming
