weighted mice are pricey new.  Probably go used.  the only good weighted ones i know of are logitech.  G502s maybe?

Edit 2 - I had the g500s and the older G5s for ages, they are tanks.  my g500s is still going strong 7 years after i bought it.

Apparently it's decent but doesn't last long before starting to show it's wear.

 

For mouse recommendations look at the reply I left in your post hopefully it helps 

 

Ps. Spend more on your mouse for now. A comfortable mouse is way more important for gaming

Maybe Corsair harpoon it has one of the best sensors on the market for 20$
