windows or pc problem?

Hello my friends i have a problem with my pc or maybe with windows every time i install new fresh windows to my pc for short time everything is alright but when i restart my pc then it starts the real problem my files automatically deleting i get error like windows explorar has stoped working and dwm has stoped working my video drivers gone i have to reinstall it i tried to install windows xp but i get error called 0x000000A5 i can install win 10 but win 10 almost impossible to use bcause its big LAG and this happnes everytimne i install new windows and i dont know whats the problem so i though you could me to find out sorry for my bed englihs im not englkish

my pc specs:

Amd Athlon x4 845

asrock fm2a68m-hd+

gigabyte gtx 760 windforce oc 2gb

16gb ram g.skill ripjaws x 1600mhz ddr3

kinbgston ssd 240 gb i tried to use hdd but its still same

corsair vs550w

my friend told me that is a motherboard problem and you need to change it to other idk maybe hes right.

It could also be an overheating problem or CPU memory controller failure.

temperatures is okey i checked it and what is a cpu memory controller? can you explain me please

Part of the CPU that controls the RAM.  If its failed, the CPU is trash.

 

Try running the system with only one memory module.  If it still fails, swap it to the other slot and try again.

I just restarted my pc and this came up what is this?

Something is corrupting the HDD/SSD, this is either RAM (all writes are buffered through the RAM) or the CPU/MB/SATA cable.

What should i do then buy a new mobo? I have old msi mb but i need new cpu its a lga1150 i used my ram and ssd in that mb and everything was good no problems

Grap an LGA 1150 CPU used from ebay or something.  Appropriate CPUs are from the i3/i5/i7 4000 series.

What is the best cpu for my gpu? Is i5 4570 good?

no i'm not gonna use this im gonna buy i5 lga 1150 so can you tell wich cpu is good for my gpu gigabyte gtx 760 oc windforce 2gb i have ddr3 g.skill ripjaw x 16gb 1600mhz
