Keyboard and mouse not working

So iv just got a new motherboard, cpu and ram. When I try load windows my keyboard glows up then goes off and doesn't work. Can somone please let me know how I cam make it so it does work

Did you try connecting the keyboard to a USB 2.0 port(back of the mobo).sometimes it wont work in usb 3.0 port on windows setup

did you use any other keyboard?

if your mobo supports usb bios flashing/updating,try to update bios.

Haven't tired another keyboard because I don't have one.. My motherboard is a strix z370-f gaming board and they work in the bios just not when I load windows

By loading windows you mean windows setup right? or do you mean in desktop?

Could this be one problem?

Did you change anything in your BIOS? Have you tried other 2.0 USB slots? Try running safe mode?

 

Try calling the manufactures customer support line. They can run you through each step until they hit he issue.
