Help with a build?

Ardu

I need help with a build. The budget is around £700.

Must have at least:

4GB of VRAM

8GB of RAM

Quad Core w/ min 2.4 core clock

1080p Monitor

It is for some CAD design, so if you have any other suggestions that would be great

Pre built builds are acceptable. Thanks :)

No problem, I'd reccomend shelling out for 16GB of RAM now but other than that that rig is good to go

This was what I could come up with. I think there are some changes that could be made to improve it but the requirements and buget were limiting.

Autodesk likes ram, so the more the merrier. Either putting yourself in a position to upgrade or starting out with a good helping of it will be ideal

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

You don't need a 144hz for 3d modelling.

Yeah I tried to keep away from gaming oriented monitors because of the added expense and they never said anything about gaming. I mean if they had then 144hz wouldn't be a bad idea.

Chances are better than not that someone looking to build a PC will be a gamer to some extent

True but most people talk about gaming on the side when asking for build advice so I took the omission of that as them building it for modeling and not gaming.
