Team viewer arp table question

Hey guys having a difficult time with team viewer and was thinking that this is my problem:

 

So when I'm home and I log into my 3 pc's all is good I can wake and put to sleep all 3 my problem is I leave them sleep overnight and when I get to work in the morning I no longer can wake them up remotely I've read that my router needs a static arp entry as they will only remain in the arp table for a period of time as long as there is activity they will remain but apparently overnight the arp table is being cleared of inactive entries, can anyone confirm I'm on the right track with this theory and while I have your ear how safe is team viewer with regards to my network being open I've read old articles of some problems but seems everything is good these days as I have not found anything recent

Make sure Wake on LAN and wake on magic packet is configured on all 3. 

If it is, test waking them after extended sleep from home and see if it works then. If that still doesn't work, I think that will confirm your arp table theory. 

You could also try waking them before you leave for work and attempting to remote in once at work.

Yep all settings good I've read that cisco routers will dump the arp table after 4hrs of inactivity but I've not found anything related to my FIOS quantum G1100 router

Cisco and Linksys are worst for WOL. They drop ARP table and have no possibility to bind ARP - at least home models.

If you want to have ARP binding out of the box in default router firmware - use TP Link routers. I bought TP Link especially for this.

ASUS can do that using web interface but is not so convenient. Also ASUS can have binded ARP but only until you reset your router - and you must bind ARP by telnet again. And because personally I think Asus routers are very crappy, I don't recommend them (slow GUI, not working features, lot of bugs).

Some Netgears have arp binding the same way Asus has - and it works the same way (you must made changes by telnet every reset etc.).

So the only nice option for nice money is TP Link. Archers are pretty good (C9 or even cheaper models).

Well got home took my laptop upstairs with the 2 pc's and both woke up from the laptop so is that because I was in my home network range I'm not using the 2 pc's via wifi they are hard wired but of course my laptop is so I checked my routers arp table and both are showing I also checked and found that my R5 1600x was a static lease on 
DHCP but my TR4 1950x was not so I made that static as well so I guess my next thing to do is put them to sleep tonight and in the morning open my laptop and go into my router and see if they are still listed in the arp table if they are I am at a loss as to how to proceed this is my first time using team viewer but it did work remotely from work I just don't remember if I started the pc's up before I went to work, the story continues___

Ok so I'm stumped, I logged into team viewer before I left work and boom pc wakes right up - get to work and nothing now I do not have killer bandwidth at work around 5 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up with a whopping 147 ms ping but it did work the first time I tried it at work and youtube videos run decent so I'm not sure now what the heck is going on any takers as to my next plan of attack?
