You could try this.. 240mm radiator, 144Hz 1080p monitor and 400 series motherboard with integrated wifi. Also 80+ Gold PSU

-Ryzen 5 2600x is basically just an overclocked 2600, you can save some money and just overclock the 2600.

-Power supplies that are only rated 80+ are not very efficient and tend to give out a lot of heat.

-No need for m.2 ssd that is not high end(i.e one that will utilise the high speeds of m.2 like samsung 970 pro)

-144Hz is amazing.

-You can get cheaper Mid Tower ATX cases that perform just as well(and look very nice too)

-You may need a 1000 series ryzen cpu to update the BIOS on a 300 series motherboard to support 2000 series

saves money since it's just a small clock speed decrease, look for a corsair CX550/M or coolermaster masterwatt instead of that PSU.

Becouse you can still overclock the 2600, as good as the x version, it wont turbo higher, thats all. And the money you get from it can be spend into a better cooler

You can get a cd-key over at kinguin for $20-30, but you'll have to make the windows bootable drive yourself.
