BO4 Network Problem?

Hi all. So I have a problem that I have never encountered before or heard of anything like it. I can join a lobby in Black Ops 4 and play several matches, however, once I leave that lobby, I cannot connect to anything after that. In fact, my entire computer gets a DNS error. After about 45min-1hour it finally fixes itself. Does anyone know what can be causing this? I have done all of the /ipconfig to flush dns and what not but nothing fixes it immediately. 

Note: my internet for other devices remains working fine.
