Possible BIOS or Mobo Issue

Hello everyone!

So, recently I have been having this issue every time I boot my PC, whenever I boot it, it posts this - https://i.imgur.com/WpxD6fJ.jpg (Sorry if links like this aren't allowed!), but leading up to this I did have 2 RAM sticks stop working, and prevented my PC from booting (i assume it was this, because as soon as I took 2 of them out and took the battery out of my mobo, which was recommended to me by a friend, it booted perfectly!). I then put the 2 sticks back in, and it was booting normally for around a month or so, a few weeks ago this issue occurred, but I haven't had the time to diagnose it yet, which is why I'm asking for help! I did do a bit of research, but i wasn't able to find anything remotely close to the issue i'm having. I do make edits in my BIOS every time it does this (https://i.imgur.com/tlRtBUX.jpg). My current hardware is this:

Motherboard - Asus Maximus VII Ranger

CPU - Intel I5 4570 (Not OC'd)

RAM - 16gb DDR3 (Mixed brands, I know this brings down the speed of them, but i'm just waiting to get the funds for a whole new PC!)

GPU - Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB (Not OD'd)

Storage - 1x 256GB Intel SSD & 2x 1TB SeaGate HDDs

PSU - Corsair 800w

OS - Windows 10 64bit
