what does it mean when num lock it's not working ? or caps lock ...

Either those keys are dying or os is bugging out so you need to unplug and replug the keyboard

Have you tried launching a different OS, like a Live Linux OS and see if the keyboard works there?

(or simply plugging the keyboard in a different PC)
