Which to choose.

Hello I am getting a new computer for my birthday, and have a budget of 1200 dollars. I was just wondering which of these two laptops I should buy, or if anybody has any other suggestions I will look into them, first off I have the dell g5, with 8th gen i7 and gtx 1060 max q. Or I am also looking at the lenovo legion y720 with 7th gen i7 with a 1060 non max q. I am leaning towards the dell because the might have heating issues from what ive seen. also I might lean towards the lenovo because of the all metal design, better speakers, and better screen. So I was just wondering which one I should get. And also If I do try to get the dell should I wait for a deal to get the 4k screen?

Where are you from? Preferred max weight and min battery life?

Both have good cooling. However, CFL-H runs hot, and Y720 has bad stock paste (every laptop has bad stock paste, this is even worse)

HP Omen dc is also a good model, though the one you linked has low sRGB IPS display which is no different than Dell G5

Can you answer my question first:
