Best D&D online

Hi guys i'm hosting a campaign online for D&D, and while i am aware of roll 20, its a bit too clunky for new users. 

 

Does anyone have any insight for a new DM hosting a campaign over discord? 

 

I am also very new do DM'ing, checking to see the best free generators for encounters/enemies but i am TRASH at balancing encounters myself. currently the encounters have been very very easy.

So don't.

Watch how things play out, if the players are rolling over the creatures, have more show up, or have one pull out a magical item.

If the characters are getting trashed, have one roll a lucky shot.

 

Don't live by the rules, bend the hell out of them and improve the game.
