PCI-E Wireless recommends?

As the title suggested ive been thinking about changing my usb wifi adapter to a pci-e wireless since ive been having problems with it. Do you guys recommend any pci-e wireless adapters? These are the 2 i currently have in mind. I am on the same floor as my internet modem and would be moving to a place with a floor beneath the modem. I have a budget around ~150 CAD.

My parts are below i dont know if it changes anything also my case does not have an optical drive >.< so downloading the driver online is my only choice.
