Yeah, Inno3d's a pretty big brand here in Asia.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

If you won't be running more than 1080p on a 60Hz monitor, then you might buy the 1060 6GB or the RX 580 8GB and save the $100 for a future upgrade (CPU, GPU, RAM...)

That's just my opinion

1060 wont run everything 60fps on 1080p but 1070 will do so ?
im getting a 2600 and 2x8 corsair 3000mhz

From the CPU RAM side you are okay, you know that ryzen likes ram right? Check if your board supports 3000Mhz ram. You are right not every game can run 60FPS on 1080p on 1060 6G, also check if your power supply is enough for the GPU.

yea it does it 3466 or more
550+ psu be enough

You are talking about HIGHEST settings on 1080p, even the GTX 1070 will drop from 100 to 60 fps in games like Crysis, it's fixed when lowering the settings (I play medium-high settings on Overwatch on my GTX 1070 because I'd rather get 144 constant fps than seeing the future with Epic settings lol

But it's up to you, as I said, it's just my opinion as GTX 1070 is almost the same price as 2 years ago

im good with the price i just wanted to know inno3d is reliable
